Program Description

We provide $2,500 to two Pacific Northwest cultural producers creating ecological justice projects—using art to heal our spirits, ecologies, and communities—that resonate with Fernland Studios’ mission, vision, and values. Funds may be used for research; fees; pay for participants; rehearsals and workshops; promotion, design, and production; dissemination and documentation; and other direct costs related to the project. Applicants are not required to have an active project when applying.

Selection Process

Applications are reviewed by the Fernland Studios Program Review Committee, including our executive board members. Selection is based on the proposed work’s connection to Fernland Studios’ mission, vision, and values. Join our information session on Friday, March 22: https://bit.ly/fernland-info.
